Monday 28th August - Further Education Interviews for September 2017 enrolments

 

Apply for an Interview at Marino College of Further Education and find out more about the college. Marino has a vibrant college community and this is an ideal opportunity for prospective students to meet tutors in an informal way.   Current students and the Student Union will also be on-site on the day to provide feedback on student experience of the course and the college.

New Course in Contact Centre & Customer Service Skills

 

Are you interested in pursuing a career in the contact centre and customer service industry? Are you a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills? Apply now for a place on the new Contact Centre and Customer Service Skills Course.  Students will develop excellent customer service skills and learn all the technical skills required to work in a contact centre. Graduates of this programme will have the skill set required to gain employment in many sectors and fulfil the role of a call centre advisor, customer support executive, control room operator and telephonist.
