Leaving Certificate or Leaving Cert Applied standard of education or Prior work experience. We will consider mature students with a variety of experiences.
Students will complete work experience in a variety of office environments, travel agencies, hotels, or in any business where administration and customer service skills are required.
The aim of this course is to prepare students to work in office administration, in all business environments, such as Finance, Banking, Insurance, Hotels and the growing Tourism Industry. As this course includes modules in tourism and customer service, outings to major tourist attractions will be an intrinsic part of the course.

On successful completion of this course students can find work in Finance, Banking, Insurance Companies, Hotels, Tourist Attractions, Travel Agencies, Event Production companies, or in any administrative role in a variety of business environments.
Graduates may use this course as a progression route to third level Universities and Institutes of Technology.
