The aim of this course is to help students produce an excellent photographic portfolio.
Students are encouraged to explore in detail various photographic themes through
project-based work. As part of the assessment students produce an exhibition of their
work at the end of the year.
As well as the core photographic theory, camera control, lighting and darkroom techniques, students are taken on a visual journey of contemporary and historic photographic practice to aid the development of their own photographic style.
